Language Arts - Rhyming Words

While you are watching the video, be ready to repeat the words and give a thumbs up if they rhyme and a thumbs down if they don’t.  When you are done, complete the sock picture in the email.  Color, cut, and glue the 3 words that rhyme with sock.  Listen carefully and have fun!

Easter Math/1-10

Enjoy this story about an Easter egg hunt and a parade.  Listen for the rhyming words too!  When you are done complete the color sheet in the email.  Find and circle 10 eggs and then color the picture.  It’s a very busy picture so take your time and don’t scribble!  If you get tired, take a break and finish later.  If you can’t print the picture or you want an extension to this activity, draw your own picture and hide 10 eggs in it!

At Home

Falyn spent one of her days coloring by number.  Your butterfly is beautiful and I love your smile!

She also played outside.  Nice hit!

Busy At Home

It seems Will is enjoying his breakfast outside after completing his work.  Nice sweatshirt, cute desk, and beautiful flowers complete the scene!

Christian sings our snack time prayer.   I sure do miss having snack with everyone!

Then he gets busy with his activities.  That’s a beautiful Easter egg and your writing looks terrific!

Volcano Experiment - #1

I know most of you saw the volcano experiment idea that I posted earlier this week.  I’m sure you also saw a picture of Will trying it out.  In case you haven’t had a chance to experiment or you don’t have the supplies, I wanted you to be able to see it in action like you would have had we been in the classroom.  I miss you all so much and I am so sad that we can’t play and learn together. So here is the best I can offer you today. (I had to break it into 2 parts because it was a little too long to post on this platform.)  Enjoy!

Part 2

Volcano experiment #2

Here is a little different and easier version that I played with.
