Language Arts - Letter Xx

Let’s review all the letters, sounds, and hand motions with Jack Hartman’s “See it, say it, sign it”.


Our new letter is X and it makes the sound /ks/ like you hear at the end of ox, box, fox,  etc.  Some words that actually begin with X like “xylophone” do not make the /ks/ sound, so we will focus more on words that end with x.  Listen to The Letter X Book and see if you can hear the words that end in “x”.
