Learning nursery rhymes and understanding rhyming words is an important reading readiness skill. We have been reciting, acting out and completing art projects for some of the classics. Look what all we can do with Humpty Dumpty!
Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall.
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall!
All the king’s horses and all the king’s men couldn’t put Humpty together again!
We tried fix Humpty Dumpty as best we could! A little band aid always helps a boo boo!
We had fun practicing our coloring, cutting and gluing to make a Humpty Dumpty picture.
